A vegetarian version of Chicken or Fish Ghee roast, basically Mangalore or costal side south Indian recipe
Ingredients
- Paneer 200 grm
- Rasam Powder 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Ghee 4 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Tamarind Paste 1 tsp
- Onion 1 (Chopped)
Method
- Heat Ghee, and roast the paneer cubes till golden brown both sides
- Now, in a bowl add rasam powder, ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste add some water make thick paste
- In the same pan add, jeera, chopped onions, salt and saute well
- Now add the masala paste and fry well
- aft that adds the roasted paneer and curry leaves
- mix well with the masala
- Serve Paneer ghee roast with hot chapatis
