Paneer Ghee Roast (Quick Recipe)


A vegetarian version of Chicken or Fish Ghee roast, basically Mangalore or costal side south Indian recipe 

Ingredients 
  1. Paneer 200 grm
  2. Rasam Powder 2 tbsp
  3. Salt 
  4. Garam Masala 1 tsp 
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  6. Ghee 4 tsp 
  7. Curry Leaves 
  8. Turmeric 
  9. Jeera 1 tsp
  10. Tamarind Paste 1 tsp 
  11. Onion 1 (Chopped)
Method
  1. Heat Ghee, and roast the paneer cubes till golden brown both sides 
  2. Now, in a bowl add rasam powder, ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste add some water make thick paste 
  3. In the same pan add, jeera, chopped onions, salt and saute well 
  4. Now add the masala paste and fry well 
  5. aft that adds the roasted paneer and curry leaves 
  6. mix well with the masala 
  7. Serve Paneer ghee roast with hot chapatis
