Methi Chapathi is a healthy flat whole wheat flatbread mixed with fresh fenugreek leaves, ajwain, jeera and other ingredients
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 Cups
- Ghee 2 tsp
- Chopped fenugreek leaves 1 cup
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Jeera 1tsp
- Salt
- Red chill powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Water
Method
- Take a large bowl, add flour, methi, and other ingredients mix well
- Now add water and make a soft dough like chapati
- Knead the dough well and rest if for 30 min
- Aft 30 min take the lemon sized dough and roll it like chapathi
- Heat the Tawa, put rolled chapathi on it
- Cook both the sides by applying ili oil
- Serve methi chapathi with any side dish you like
