Methi Chapathi


Methi Chapathi is a healthy flat whole wheat flatbread mixed with fresh fenugreek leaves, ajwain, jeera and other ingredients 

Ingredients
  • Wheat Flour 2 Cups
  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Chopped fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Jeera 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chill powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Water
Method
  • Take a large bowl, add flour, methi, and other ingredients mix well
  • Now add water and make a soft dough like chapati 
  • Knead the dough well and rest if for 30 min 
  • Aft 30 min take the lemon sized dough and roll it like chapathi 
  • Heat the Tawa, put rolled chapathi on it
  • Cook both the sides by applying ili oil 
  • Serve methi chapathi with any side dish you like
