Mango Paddu


Adding mango flavor in regular paddu or Paniyaram makes mango paddu

Ingredients
Mango Pulp 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Rava 1/4 cup
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ghee 

Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the flours, jaggery and mango pulp and mix
  2. Now add milk and bring it to dosa batter consistency
  3. Heat paddu tawa and put some ghee
  4. Pour the batter into mould
  5. Sprinkle some ghee on top
  6. Close the lid and cook 
  7. Cook both the side until crisp
  8. Now serve mango puddu with ghee or mango rasayana
