Adding mango flavor in regular paddu or Paniyaram makes mango paddu
Ingredients
Mango Pulp 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Rava 1/4 cup
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ghee
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add all the flours, jaggery and mango pulp and mix
- Now add milk and bring it to dosa batter consistency
- Heat paddu tawa and put some ghee
- Pour the batter into mould
- Sprinkle some ghee on top
- Close the lid and cook
- Cook both the side until crisp
- Now serve mango puddu with ghee or mango rasayana
