Mango custard is a no bake easy desert recipe, with very minimal ingredients
Ingredients
- Mango Pulp 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Bread slices 5
- Custard Powder 2tbsp
Method
- Take a pan and sugar, make caramel sauce with it
- Take 2 tbsp milk in bowl add custard powder, mix it without lumps
- Pour this caramel to baking dish
- Now to the same pan, add milk bring to boil
- Now add sugar and mix well until it desloves
- Add mango pulp and mix well
- Now add custard mix to milk and mix well
- Once it becomes thick, add bread powder give proper mix
- Now pour this mixture to baking mould
- Cover it with silver foil or lid
- Now steam this for 25-30 min
- Once it's steamed, let it come to room temperature
- Freeze this for 2-3 hours (do not deep freeze)
- Now mango custard pudding is ready
