Ingredients
Dosa rice 2 cups
Cucumber 1
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Salt
Oil
Method
- Soak rice for 4-6 hours or over night
- Drain water, add rice, grated cucumber and coconut to mixer jar
- Make it smooth batter
- This should be dosa batter consistently
- Add salt, and let it set for 20 min
- Now heat the tawa pour ladle full of batter on medium hot tawa
- Sprinkle some ghee or oil
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
