Ingredients
- Dosa rice 1 Cup
- Urad dal 1/4 cup
- Methi 1 tsp
- Poha 1 tbsp
- 1/4 cup refined oil
- 3 chopped tomato
- 3 washed & dried red chilli
- salt as required
- 2 cup water
- To prepare this delicious dosa, take a bowl with water and soak the rice, methi, and dal in it for 3- 4 hours.
- In a mixer, grind together the dal, rice,. Then, add the chopped tomatoes, red chilies to it and grind again to form a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to a large bowl and add salt to it as per your taste. Keep it aside for 30- 45 minutes.
- Now, heat a tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it outwards using the ladle only.
- Apply oil/ghee around the edges and flip it to cook from both sides.
- Once done, transfer to a serving plate and serve with coconut chutney.
