Three ingredients tender coconut ice cream, no churn no eggs
Ingredients
Tender Coconut Pulp 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Condense mill 1/2 cup
Method
- Frist put tender coconut pulp in mixer pluse it for 30 sec ( need not to be too smooth)
- Now take bowl, add tender coconut pulp, fresh cream and condensed milk and mix well
- This will go to freezer for 6-8 hours
- Once it is set, scoop the ice cream and relish
