Stuffed cheesey Peri Peri Mexican pav is pav bun stuffed with chesse, bell peppers and peri peri masala
Ingredients
Red Bell Pepper 1 chopped
Yellow Bell Pepper 1 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Streamed Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Salt
Italian seasoning
Peri Peri masala
Salt
Red chili Powder 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Method
- First take pav buns and make deep space between the middle by digging it
- Now take a large bowl, add chopped onions, Bell peppers, corn and other masalas and mix well
- Now add more than 1/2 a cup of grated cheese to it, keep remaining for later use
- Now take pav buns, brush some butter, sprinkle some Peri Peri masala and put cheese stuffing in it
- Now sprinkle some masalas on top.
- Meanwhile, pre heat the own for 200 degree
- Bake this pav buns for 3-5 min or until cheese melts
- Easy peri Peri pav is ready 😋
