Sabudana Vada ( ಸಬ್ಬಕ್ಕಿ ವಡೆ)


Sabudana Vada Or Sabbaki Vade is local maharashtra food, usually made with soaked sabudana and boiled potatoes for binding which are deep fried to crisp golden brown

Ingredients
  • Sabudana 1 cup
  • Boilled Potatoes 2
  • Green chili 5
  • Rosated Grond Powder 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Rava 1/4 cup
  • Coriander 
  • Ginger
  • Boiled Green Peas 1/4 cup
  • Oil for deep frying
Method
  • Soak sabudana for 6-8 hours 
  • Drain water, add boiled potatoes, green peas, salt, coriander, green chili, groundnut powder and mix well
  • Now add semolina for binding
  • Greese your pams and take small portion of sabudana mix 
  • Give them shape to patties
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil, and deep fry vada till golden brown in medium heat 
  • Serve sabadana vada hot with mint chutney or ketchup
