Sabudana Vada Or Sabbaki Vade is local maharashtra food, usually made with soaked sabudana and boiled potatoes for binding which are deep fried to crisp golden brown
Ingredients
- Sabudana 1 cup
- Boilled Potatoes 2
- Green chili 5
- Rosated Grond Powder 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Rava 1/4 cup
- Coriander
- Ginger
- Boiled Green Peas 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Soak sabudana for 6-8 hours
- Drain water, add boiled potatoes, green peas, salt, coriander, green chili, groundnut powder and mix well
- Now add semolina for binding
- Greese your pams and take small portion of sabudana mix
- Give them shape to patties
- Meanwhile, heat the oil, and deep fry vada till golden brown in medium heat
- Serve sabadana vada hot with mint chutney or ketchup
