Sabudana dosa a soft yet crispy pancake taste way too delicious. It has just 4 ingredients and very simple to and healthy, usually made with urad dal
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sabudana
- 1 Cup Thick Poha
- 1 Cup Dosa rice
- methi 1 tsp
- salt
- oil
First, in a large bowl soak sabudana, methi, and rice for 4 hours
after 4 hours, drain water, and grind them into smooth batter along with a cup of thick poha
ferment in a warm place for 8- 12 hours.
next day, add 1 tsp of salt or as required and mix well.
heat the griddle and pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it very gently sprinkle some ghee / oil for more flavor.
then cover the dosa for a minute and cook till the top of dosa is cooked completely in presence of steam.
finally, serve sabudana dosa recipe immediately with ginger chutney and sambar.
