Ingredients
Puris 30
To make pani
Chilled Water 2 lts
Mint leaves hand full
Coriander hand full
Green chilli 2
Sweet Chutney 2 tbsp
Salt
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp ( you can use raw mango pulp)
Jeera powder 1tsp
Feenel seeds 1tsp.
To make filling
Boilled Potatoes 3
Chopped onions 2
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
2 green chili
Garam masala 1tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Salt
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander

Method
In a mixer jar add pani ingredients with 2 tbap water, make paste
Now, strain this paste to 2 ltr of chilled water, adjust taste for salt and sweet
Now take a bowl mix mashed potatoes, onions, red Chilli, garam masala, chat masala salt lime, coriander and mix well
To assembl
Take puri, open it in the middle
Stuff aloo filling, add chopped onions
Dip puri in pani and fill
And gulp it๐
Add sweet chutney if needed
