Ingredients
- Full cream milk 1/2 ltr
- Water
- Sugar 1 cup
- Mango puree 1/2 cup
- 2 tsp all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Saffron
Method
- To make mango rasgulla, boil 1/2 ltr milk once it's starts boiling add mango puree, let it boil for min
- Now add lemon juice to it and mix, once milk starts Cradles switch off the stove and let it cool down
- Now starin and pour some cold water and allow them cool drain completely, put some heavy vessel on it, let it rest for 30 min
- After 30 min your mango paneer will be ready.
- Meanwhile, need to make sugar syrup, add sugar, water and 2tsp mango puree, bring it to boil and trun off the flame
- Now take mango paneer, add some flour and need it well
- Make small balls with mango paneer and drop into sugar , and let it boil for 15 min with closed lid
- Now, delicious mango rasgulla is ready 😋😋
- Garnish with some saffron and serve hot or chilled
