Mango Rasgulla


Ingredients

  • Full cream milk 1/2 ltr
  • Water 
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Mango puree 1/2 cup
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Saffron 

Method

  • To make mango rasgulla, boil 1/2 ltr milk once it's starts boiling add mango puree, let it boil for min
  • Now add lemon juice to it and mix, once milk starts Cradles switch off the stove and let it cool down
  • Now starin and pour some cold water and allow them cool drain completely, put some heavy vessel on it, let it rest for 30 min
  • After 30 min your mango paneer will be ready. 
  • Meanwhile, need to make sugar syrup, add sugar, water and 2tsp mango puree,  bring it to boil and trun off the flame
  • Now take mango paneer, add some flour and need it well
  • Make small balls with mango paneer and drop into sugar , and let it boil for 15 min with closed lid
  • Now, delicious mango rasgulla is ready 😋😋
  • Garnish with some saffron and serve hot or chilled
