- 2 cup sonammasuri rice
- 1 cup dose Rice
- 1cup uddin bele
- 1.5 tsp menthya
- 1 cup Poha Or Avalakki
Method
Soak all the ingredients except avalakki for 6 to 8 hours
Grind them to smooth and thick batter
Add 1 cup Avalakki just 15 mins before Grinding
Add Salt and ferment for over night
Morning mix well
For Every 4 cup of batter
mix 1 cup sour curd 2 cup water and 1 tsp sugar is a saparete bowl sothat no lumps curd and sugar present
mix it to dose batter and let it sit for 2 hours
This is the Twist for fluffy dosee
On the tawa
Pour dosee just once swirl it in center only once to make it like set dose just only once very important
Once top layer becomes cooked
Apply oil on top flip the dose and cook for 1 min
Flip and Add. Ghee on top! 1tsp evenly
And khali dose is done🥰🥰
Chutney
1 cup Fresh Coconut
4 - 5 Green Chilli
1 inch Gingrt
2small tsp putani/kadale paapu
Grind them without water frist
After this Chop like 2 sticks of coriender add this chutney
Add water now and then grind it to Chutney.
Kali dose and Kai Chutney ready
