Instant ragi idli or dosa mix is like trail pack which you will get in the market, you no need wait for ferment the batter you can just make your healthy idli or dosa in 15 min. This will be a quick solution for your busy day breakfast
Ingredients
- Ragi 1 cup
- Rice 2 cup
- Black Urad Dal 1 cup
- Methi 2 tsp
- salt 2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cooking soda 1 tsp
- Channa dal 2 tsp
- Poha 2 tbsp
Method
- Dry roast ragi, rice, urad dal, channa dal, poha and methi one by one for 2 min
- Need not to roast well, just need to warm it
- Now in a mixer jar add urad dal and channa dal and make a fine powder and keep aside
- then add rice and ragi make a little coarse powder and mix to urad dal powder
- Now add sugar salt and soda to it
- Instant Ragi Idli or dosa mix is ready
How to make idli or dosa with instant mix
- To make idli or dosa, take 1 cup of instant mix
- add 1 &1/2 cup of water and mix well (If you are making dosa add 2 cups water)
- Make sure there is no lumps and rest it for 15-20 min
- aft 20 min make idli or dose of your choice
