Dose is a South Indians regular breakfast, here I try to make instant moong dal dosa with no urad dal no fermentation required
Ingredients
Moong Dal 1 cup
Rice 2 cups
Thick Poha 1 tbsp
Salt
Sugar
Oil
Method
- Soak moong and rice over night or 4-6 hours
- Then, add poha before grinding
- drain water and moong grinding it smooth batter
- Add salt and pinch of sugar, rest for 20 min
- Now heat tawa, take laddle full of batter, spread dosa gently
- Sprinkle some ghee, cook dosa both the side
- Serve hot with chutney and ghee
