Instant Moong Dal Dosa



Dose is a South Indians regular breakfast, here I try to make instant moong dal dosa with no urad dal no fermentation required

Ingredients

Moong Dal 1 cup
Rice 2 cups
Thick Poha 1 tbsp
Salt 
Sugar 
Oil

Method

  • Soak moong and rice over night or 4-6 hours
  • Then, add poha before grinding
  • drain water and moong grinding it smooth batter
  • Add salt and pinch of sugar, rest for 20 min
  • Now heat tawa, take laddle full of batter, spread dosa gently
  • Sprinkle some ghee, cook dosa both the side
  • Serve hot with chutney and ghee
