No adulterated home made ghee making is very easy, my mom is expert in making this just learnt the same from her
Ingredients
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Ice cubes 1 cups
- Curd 1 tsp
- Betal leaf 1
- Rock salt 1 tsp
Method
- In a mixer jar take fresh cream, ice cubes and churn for 1 min
- Add 1 tsp curd and 1 cup chilled water and churn for 2 min
- Now you can see butter floating
- Take the butter out my squeezing excess water
- Keep the butter in fridge for 1 hour
- To make ghee, heat the butter in low flame till you get no sound from it
- At last, add salt, betal leaf and curry leaves
- Strin the ghee to glass jar
- You can use ghee whenever you want
