Ingredients
- Steamed Sweet Corn 1/2 cup
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Salt
- Green Chilis 2
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- garam masala 1 tsp
- Chat Masala 1tsp
- Bread Crumbs or Semolina 1/2 cup
- Corn flour or Rice flour 2 tsp
- Cheese blocks
Method
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, corn, green chili, garam masala, salt, chat masala red and red chili powder and mix well
- Now add 2 tsp of cornflour and mix well, it works as a good binding agent
- Take a small portion of aloo mixture, give them shape make space to put cheese in the middle
- Now, take cheese cubes and put in the middle and cover the aloo mixture
- Now, in a bowl add cornflour and water make a smooth paste out of it
- Dip the cheese finger in cornflour paste, and roll it in bread crumbs and semolina
- Give a nice coating and refrigerate for at least 20 min
- Aft 20 min, heat oil in the pan once its hot, shallow fry cheese fingers both the sides in medium heat
- Serve cheese fingers hot with tomato ketchup or cheese dip
Note:
You can use cheese in any form like sliced, grated or block
