- Dosa Rice or Normal rice 2 cups
- Urad dal 2 tsp cup
- Fenugreek/Methi 1 tsp
- Ladys Finger tips 1 -1.5 cup (I used this) or 10 ladys finger
- to taste Salt
- Oil to make dosa
Method
- Wash and soak urad, rice, and methi for 4-6 hours
- In a mixer grind ladies finger with little water and make a smooth paste
- Now, add soaked dal and rice to ladies finger paste and grind to smooth dosa batter
- Let it ferment for 6 hours or overnight
- Next day morning add salt and pinch of sugar to the batter and mix well
- Heat tawa and make dose
- Serve dose with chutney
