Bolied Potatoes tossed with rasam powder and ghee
Ingredients
Baby Potato 1/2 kg
Salt
Rasam Powder
Curry leaves
Oil or Ghee 2 tbsp
Mustard
Turmeric
Hing
Urad dal 1 tsp
Method
- Pressure cooker baby potatoes for 2 wistel
- Peel off the skin and keep aside
- Now take non stick pan, add ghee or oil once hot add mustard and curry leaves
- Add urad dal, hing and turmeric saute
- Now add boilled potatoes roast it till crisp
- At last add some salt and rasam powder give a quick mix
- Now serve ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ ಉಪ್ಪೇರಿ with rasam or you can eat as starter
