ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ ಉಪ್ಪೇರಿ (Baby Potato Fry)


Bolied Potatoes tossed with rasam powder and ghee

Ingredients
Baby Potato 1/2 kg
Salt
Rasam Powder
Curry leaves
Oil or Ghee 2 tbsp
Mustard
Turmeric
Hing
Urad dal 1 tsp

Method

  • Pressure cooker baby potatoes for 2 wistel
  • Peel off the skin and keep aside
  • Now take non stick pan, add ghee or oil once hot add mustard and curry leaves
  • Add urad dal, hing and turmeric saute
  • Now add boilled potatoes roast it till crisp
  • At last add some salt and rasam powder give a quick mix 
  • Now serve ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ ಉಪ್ಪೇರಿ with rasam or you can eat as starter
