Vegetable Pulav ( Coconut Milk Pulav)

Ingredients

For grinding
Tomato 2
Green chilles 5 -6
Ginger 
Garlic 

Others Ingredients
Rice 1 and 1/2 cup
Coconut milk 3 cups
Copped benas 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Green peas 1/2 cup
Salt 
Garam masala 1 tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cinnamon
Clove 
Bay leaf
Cumin seeds
Feenal Seeds 1tsp

Method

1. In mixer add tomato, green chilli, ginger garlic and make paste and keep aside
2. Take cooker, add ghee once hot add, cumin, bay leaf,feenel,clove, cinnamon and fry
3. Now add mint leaves and chopped onions fry till golden brown
4. Now add chilli tomato paste, fry till raw smell goes. 
5. Then add all vegetables and  give a fry 
6. Now add salt garam masala and fry 
7. Add coconut milk and leave it for min let it boil
8. Now add rice and wait it starts boiling
9. Close the lid and wait for one whistle 
10. Once pressure comes downs pour some ghee on top
11. Serve Pulav with raita and chips 🍟
