Tandoori Paneer

Ingredients

Paneer 250grms
Capsicum 1
Onion 2
Tomato (optional) 
Garam masala 1tsp
Jeera Powder 1tsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Salt 
Besan powder 2 tbsp
Curd 4 tbsp
Ghee 4tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Lemon juice 1tsp

Method
Cut paneer, capsicum, onion tomato into cubes keep aside

Now take a bowl add curd, add all masalas salt, lemon juice, besan, ginger garlic, qand mix well

Then add cubed vegetables and paneer, mix well 

Marinate this for 1 hour 

If you are using wooden skewers like me then submerge in the water for 10-15 minutes before using.

At the time of using, wipe them using towel or paper napkin. If using metal skewers, no need to soak.

Arrange the veggies and paneer on the skewer or toothpick. order does not matter, but keep each veggie pieces between two paneer pieces

Brush the tikka with oil from all the sides.

Heat the non stick tawa on medium heat. Once hot place the skewer on the tawa, shallow fry them.
