Stuffed Garlic Bread (No Yeast No Maida)


Ingredients
To make the Dough:
- 1 Cup whole wheat Flour
- 1 Tsp Sugar
-1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp Mixed Itaian herbs
- 2 Tbsp Sour curd
- 1 1/2 Tsp Oil
- 1/4 Cup Milk (at room temperature)
- 2-3 Tsp Water
- 2 tsp milk powder
- Salt to taste
To make garlic butter:
- 3 Tbsp Salted butter (at room temperature) - 1/2 Mixed Italian herbs
- 1 Tsp Crushed garlic
- 1 green chili
-Some chopped fresh coriander
For topping:
- Some chopped fresh coriander
- 50 gm Cheese
- Some boiled sweetcorn
- 2-3 Cloves of thinly sliced garlic
- Some chilli flakes
Method
In a large mixing bowl take wheat flour, sugar baking soda, salt, herbs, oil curd, and milk powder mix it well.

now add milk batch by batch and make the dough.

Now rest the dough for 1 hour

Meanwhile, boil sweetcorn for 10 min drain water and keep aside

Take one more bowl, to add butter, herbs, green chili garlic, and some chopped coriander mix well

After one hour, take the dough to dust some flour and roll the dough little thick

Now, brush garlic butter on it

then, grate some cheese on it, and sprinkle some herbs

now place boiled corn on it and grate some more cheese to it

Now close the dough from other side and seal it properly

Again brush some garlic butter on top make a mark to cut later

Sprinkle herbs on top

Meanwhile, preheat the oven for 180 deg for 10 min

Place the stuffed dough into over for 20 in 180 deg

Once done brush leftover butter on it

Serve hot with Ketchup

Note 
For No Oven method 
Start preheating a cooker, spread the salt evenly and place a round ring cutter in the center. This will elevate the height and avoid the bread from burning.

Place the lid without the gasket or whistle, preheat the cooker for 10 minutes over high flame.

Place the bread in the preheated cooker, place the lid and bake the bread on medium heat for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove and allow it to cool and then cut the bread, the Cheesy Garlic Bread is ready.
