Simple Bombay Sandwich


Take 1 cup tightly packed coriander leaves,mint leaves, ½ tsp chaat masala powder, 1 to 2 green chilies (chopped) in a chutney grinder jar.  Just add a pinch or two of salt, as chaat masala already has salt in it
Make chutney out of it
Now apply butter on bread slices add green chuteny.
Now spread boiled potatoes ( optional) and place tomato and onion slices sprinkle some chat masala and slat
Close with other bread slice
Toast both the sides on pre heated and greesed tawa or grill pan
Enjoy with ketchup
