Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients
Paneer 200 gms
Tomato 2
Onion 2
Green chilli 2
Garam masala 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Fresh cream 1tsp (optional) 
Kasuri methi 1tsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Cashew 1/2 cup

Method
1. Take a pan add butter, once hot add roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili and cashew fry them well. 
2. Let it cool down, once it's cool add that to mixer jar and make smooth paste
3. Now in the same pan add butter, once hot Add jeera, bay leaf and previously made onion tomato paste 
4. Let it boil, once it's starts boiling add jeera powder, garam masala, sugar, salt, red chili powder, coriander Powder and mix well
5. Add water if requires, let it boil for a min
6. Now add panner cubes to it and mix well, leave it in low flame for a min
7. Now add some crushed kausri methi and switch off the famle
8. At last add a tsp of butter fresh cream 
9. Serve paneer butter masala with any flat bread or with hot jeers rice
