Thambuli/Tambli/Tambuli is a form of raita. There are many varieties of Thumbuli: Menthe Thumbuli, shunti (ginger) thaumbuli, and various other herbal thambulis, here I have tried to make tambli with orange peel
Ingredients
Orange peel from one orange
Green chili 2
Black pepper 10
Jeera 1tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander
Fresh coconut 1/2 cup
Salt
Curd 2tbsp
Coconut oil or any ghee 1tsp
Mustard
Asferoda
Method
1. In a small ladale add ghee, fry jeera, pepper and orange peel
2. Add them in mixer har along with coconut, salt, coriander and little water
3. Transfer this to bowl add curd and mix well
4. Now in a small pan add coconut oil, once hot add mustard, Curry leaves and Asfetoda
5. All this to orange raita and enjoy with rice
