No yeast Pizza base


Pizza is a savory dish of Italian origin, consisting of a usually round, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven.Here I have tried making pizza without yeast
Ingredients:

To make Dough

  1. Atta (Whole Wheat) - 130g / 1 cup
  2. Salt - 1 tsp
  3. Baking soda - ⅛ tsp
  4. Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar - 1 tbsp
  6. Curd - to make the dough
  7. Oil - 1 tbsp
  8. Water if required 
Toppings and Sauce 


  1. Butter / Oil - 1 tbsp 
  2. Pizza Sauce - 1 tsp
  3. Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
  4. Schezwan Sauce - 1 tsp
  5. Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Mozzarella Cheese + Cheddar Cheese = 50g total or cheese of your choice 
  7. Topping - Any veggies of your choice
  8. I have used (Capsicum, corn, onion, and paneer)
  9. Pizza Herbs

Method


  1. Mix atta, salt baking soda, baking powder, sugar, Dahi and make the dough 
  2. Add tbsp of oil knead the dough for 5-15 min 
  3. keep aside for30 min
  4. After 30 min, take the dough to sprinkle some atta 
  5. Roll the dough for about half-inch thick in round shape, prick it lightly using a fork 
  6. Now take Tawa, heat it
  7. Once hot cook the rolled dough for 1/2 min each side 
  8. Now brush some butter on top 
  9. Now spread all sauce in pizza, add the toppings of your choice, sprinkle some herbs 
  10. Meanwhile, preheat the oven for 180 deg 
  11. Place the pizza in a baking tray and bake it for 12-15 min
  12. Serve pizza when it is hot
Note
You can replace atta with maida
you can use 1 tsp baking soda if you do not have baking powder handy 
Pizza seasoning is totally your choice  

Pizza Sauce
Put oil in the kadai, once hot mix tomato paste, garlic paste, onion paste, salt, and sauce together in a medium-size bowl until well combined (all the lumps of paste are incorporated into the sauce).
Add the rest of the ingredients (oregano, Italian seasoning pepper, and sugar) and mix well!

Use in your favorite pizza recipe!

If you are baking in Kadai 

then add any regular salt which is used you in day to day cooking. Place a stand, cover it let it preheat on a medium flame for 15 minutes before making pizza in it.
After this place pizza tray or plate on stand, bake it for 10 to 12 min in medium-low heat
keep checking in the middle
