Ingredients
Fresh Fengeeek Leaves ( 2 cups) (washed and chopped)
Mtr sambar powder 2 tsp
Cooked rice 2 cups
Salt
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp.
Ghee
Oil.
Mustard
Turmeric
Red chili 2
Asfetodea
Method
In a pan heat oil, add mustard, urad dal, asfetodea red chill and fry
Now add chopped methi leaves it fry until raw smell goes.
Then add garam masala, sambar powder, Turmeric and salt mix it
Now add cooked rice, ghee and lemon juice mix well 👍
Serve menthya bath 🔥
