Methi Malai Matter


Ingredients
Fresh Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Frozen or fresh peas 1/2 cup
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 
Suagr 1/2 tsp
Ghee
Kasuri methi 1tsp
Onion 2 
Cashew handful
Green chili 4 

Method
In a pan add oil, once hot add green chili, onion and cashew fry them well. 
Now, take mixer jar make smooth paste 
Meanwhile,  boil green peas in water for 5 min with little salt. 
Now, take pan add ghee, once hot add jeera and onion cashew paste fry them until raw smell goes
Now add chopped methi leaves to it fry them well
Now add fresh cream to it let it boil
Now add salt, garam masala and sugar give a stir 
Now, add boiled green peas and mix well. 
Atlast, add crushed kasuri methi give one last mix 
Serve Methi Malai Matter with hot pulkas or chapathi
