Mango kesari recipe or mango sheera is a sweet dish similar to the south Indian rava kesari but this is with an addition of mango.
Ingredients
Mango pulp 1/2 cup
Rava 1/4 cup
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Dry nuts hand full
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cardamon
Method
Take a pan add ghee, once hot add dry nuts and keep aside
For the same pan add rava fry until aroma comes
Now add 2 cups of milk slowly with out making lumps
Keep stiring while adding milk
Let rava cook softly in milk, it will take 10 min
Now add sugar mix well.
Once sugar blends with rava add mango pulp and give mix
Now start add more ghee from top, keep mixing until it blends well
At last add fried nuts, cardamon powder and tbsp of ghee turn of the stove
Serve hot with ghe
