Kai Dose ( Coconut Dosa)


Ingredients

½ cup rice (wash and soak in ¾ cup water for 3 to 4 hours or overnight ) 

3/4 to 1 cup grated coconut( tender coconut is preferable) little less than 1/2 tsp salt Oil

Method:


In a mixer, Jar add soaked rice and grind it till a smooth paste

Now add grated coconut make batter
Add water and adjust batter
Now, heat iron tawa, sprinkle some oil
Once hot, spread batter and roast dosa
Serve dose with coconut chutney
