Hesru Bele Kosambari (Moong dal Salad)

Ingredients

Moong dal 1 cup
Cucumber 1 (grated) 
Green chili 2
Curry leaves
Lemon juice or grated raw mango 1tbsp
Asfetodea pinch
Salt
Fresh Coriander 
Fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp

Method

Soak Moong dal for 1 hour
Now drain water from moong dal, add grated cucumber, coconut, coriander, mango or lemon juice 
Add salt and mix it 
Now, take small ladle add oil, once hot add mustard, Curry leaves, green chili and asfetodea 
Put this to moong dal mix 
Mix well
Serve Kosambari 😀
