Heerekai Sippe Chutney (Ridge Gourd Peel Chutney)


Ingredients 

Heerekai sippe 1 bowl ( from one or two heerekai) 
Salt 
Fresh coconut 1 cup
Green chillies 4-5 ( adjust spice) 
Tamarind Pulp 1 tsp
Jaggery 1/4 tsp
Coriander litte
Oil 
Mustard
Asfetodea
Curry leaves
Urad dal 1 tsp
Red chilli 2 

Method
Frist take small kadai plot add oil, once hot add Heere Sippe and fry 
Now in the same kadai add green chili and fry for min
Now in mixer jar add fried peel, green chili, coconut, salt, tamarind, jaggery and coriander make paste
Transfer this to bowl
In small ladle add oil, once hot add mustard, urad dal, red chili, Curry leaves and asfetodea 
Add this temper to chutney 
Sevre chutney with dose, idli, rotti or with hot rice and Ghee
