Ingredients
Flax Seeds 2 tbsp
Channa dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Red chilles 7-8
Fresh Gretaed coconut 1 cup
Jaggery pinch
Pinch of Asfetoda
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Oil 2 tsp
Fresh coriander
Method
Frist dry roast flax seeds and keep aside
Now to the same pan add oil, fry channa dal, urad dal and red chillies
Take mixer jar, add flax seeds, roasted dal, coconut, red chillies, salt, coriander, jaggery and some water make paste
Trasfer this to a bowl
Now take small laddle, add 1 tsp oil, once hot add mustard, Asfetoda , urad dal and curry leaves
Add this to chutney
Serve chutney with dose, rotti or hot rice
