Easy Rasgulla

Ingredients 

Full Cream Milk 1 ltr
Sugar 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Water 4 cups
Saffron 

Method


  1. Take a thick bottom pan, add milk and boil it
  2. Once its starts boiling, add lemon juice and mix 
  3. add more lemon juice and stir till the milk curdles completely
  4. and immediately drain the curdled milk into the muslin cloth 
  5. pour a cup of water and clean the paneer as it has lemon juice in i
  6. Squeeze excess water and hang for 30 min 
  7. knead paneer till it turns out smooth without any grains of milk.
  8. make small balls of paneer and keep aside.
  9. Meanwhile, add sugar and water and boil the syrup for 10 min 
  10. After that, drop the prepared paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup.
  11. Now, boil this for 15 min
  12. Then, keep aside till it cools completely and then refrigerate.
  13. Serve rasgulla chilled or at room temperature garnished with few saffron strands.
