Ingredients
Cooked rice 2 cups
Toor dal 1/2 cup
Bisi bele bath powder 2tbsp
Jaggery 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder 1tsp
Salt
Curry Leaves
Ground nuts 1/2 cup
Tamrind 1 tsp
Vegetables (1/2 cup each)
I used, beans, carrots, green peas, chow chow, tomato
Ghee 5 tbsp
Mustard
Urad dal 1 tsp
Channa dal 1 tsp
Asfetodea
Method
1. Pressure cook dal, ground nuts and all vegetables with enough water for 4-5 wistel ( don add tomato in cooker)
2. Now in a pan add ghee, once hot add mustard, channadal, urad dal, Turmeric, asfetodea and curry Leaves
3. Now add tomatoes and fry well, add tamarind juice, salt and bisi bele bath powder fry well. Let it boil for min
4. Now add cooked dal,veggies and jaggery to it let it boil.
5. Now add cooked rice give mix
6. Atlast, pour some ghee on top mix well and garnish with fresh coriander
7. Serve Bisi Bele Bath hot with ghee ans boondi
