Ingredients
- Dose Rice 2 cups
- Puffed Rice 2 cups
- Sabudana 1/2 cup
- Methi Seeds 1 tsp
Method
- Soak Rice, sabudana and Mehti seeds for 5-6 hours
- Grind it thick and left to ferment for 8-9 hours or Overnight
- Next day morning, add salt and little water
- Heat Tawa, Sprinkle some oil or ghee now add pour the one cup of dosa batter on tawa do not spread
- Drizzle some ghee on top close the lid and roast dose on another side
- Enjoy with saagu or chutney
