Raw Mango Instant Pickle



Ingredients 
Raw Mango 2-3
Red chilli powder 4tbsp
Salt 4tbsp
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Mustard 1tsp
Methi 1/2tsp.
Asfetoda

Method
1. Take raw mangoes wash and wipe in dry cloth
2. Now cut them into small chunks and add salt and keep aside for 10 min
3. Meanwhile, take small ladle dry roast methi seeds. 
4 . In a mixer jar add methi, mustard, red chilli and asfetoda make powder
5. Now add pickle powder to chopped mango chunks and mix well
6. Take oil in small pan, once hot add mustard and asfetoda 
7  Pour hot oil to mango mixture and mix
8. Store in galss jar 
9. You can store in refrigerator for ond month
10. Fresh one always taste good, so make small quality
