Ingredients
- Dose Rice 1 cup
- Ragi 2 cups
- Urad Dal 1/2 Cup
- Sabudana 1/2 CUp
- Methi Seeds 1tbsp
Method
- Soak Ragi, rice, urad dal, sabudana and Methi seeds for 5-6 hours
- Then, grind all the ingredients to a dosa batter consistency
- Let it ferment for 8-9 hours or overnight
- Next day morning, add some salt to dosa batter
- Heat tawa and sprinkle some oil, spread dosa batter thin and drizzle some oil or ghee
- Roast dosa both side
- Enjoy dose with Chutney of your choice
