Ragi Dosa

Ingredients 


  1. Dose Rice 1 cup
  2. Ragi 2 cups
  3. Urad Dal 1/2 Cup
  4. Sabudana 1/2 CUp
  5. Methi Seeds 1tbsp
Method

  1. Soak Ragi, rice, urad dal, sabudana and Methi seeds for 5-6 hours
  2. Then, grind all the ingredients to a dosa batter consistency
  3. Let it ferment for 8-9 hours or overnight 
  4.  Next day morning, add some salt to dosa batter
  5. Heat tawa and sprinkle some oil, spread dosa batter thin and drizzle some oil or ghee 
  6. Roast dosa both side 
  7. Enjoy dose with Chutney of your choice
