Pesarattu Dose


Ingredients

Green Gram 1 cup
Rice 1 cup
Fresh Coconut 1 cup
Green Chili 3
Salt to taste
Jeera1 tsp
Ginger 1 inch
Fresh Coriander
Chopped onion 1

Method 
Soak Green Gram and rice for 4 hours
Then, Grind Green gram and rice along with Green Chili, coriander, ginger and jeera
Make smooth paste and add salt to taste
Now heat tawa spread dosa batter on hot tawa sprinkle some ghee and onion
Roast dose on both the side ans enjoy with chutney of your own choice
