Ingredients
Paneer 250 grms
Maida/corn starch 1tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Salt
Oil 4 tsp
Green chili 2
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves hand full
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Method
1. In a bowl take maida or corn starch, add soya sauce, salt and pepper make a smooth paste using little water.
2. Add paneer cubes to corn starch batter give nice coat, keep it aside for 10 min
3. In a pan take oil and shallow fry batter coated paneer all the four sides in medium-low flame
4. Now in other pan take oil or butter once hot add jeera, curry leaves fry them until crisp
5. Now add fried paneer, sprinkle some black pepper powder and give a toss
6. Serve them hot with masala chai☕
