Paneer Manchurian dry (Shallow Fried)


Ingredients 
 
  1. Paneer 200 Gms 
  2. Maida or Corn Starch 1tbsp
  3. Salt to taste 
  4. Pepper 1tsp
  5. Oil 4tbsp
  6. Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
  7. Tomato Sauce 1tsp
  8. vinegar 1tsp
  9. Soya Sauce 2tsp
  10. Red Chilli Sauce 1tsp
  11. Green Chilis 2 
  12. Onion Sliced 2 
  13. Capsicum 1
  14. Spring onions 2 tsp

Method

  1. In a bowl take maida or corn starch, add soya sauce, salt and pepper make a smooth paste using little water. 
  2.  Add paneer cubes to corn starch batter give nice coat, keep it aside for 10 min
  3. In a pan take oil and shallow fry batter coated paneer all the four sides in medium-low flam
  4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wide pan in high flame
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a min
  6. Next add sliced green chiles,  onions, spring onions, capsicum one by one and fry 
  7. Pour Tomato 

  8.  Soya Sauce and red chili sauce and give a stir
  9. Add Pepper salt and vinegar 
  10. Allow sauce to turn thick for a min 
  11. At last, add fried paneer and give a toss 
  12. Garnish with fresh coriander and Spring onions 
  13. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
