Ingredients
- Moth beans 1 cup
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- onions
- Tamarind Juice 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1/2 tsp
- Green Chiles 4
- Fresh Coriander
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger
Method
- Soak Moth Beans for 8-9 hours
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Grind all the ingredients make a paste
- Take oil in a pan, once hot put jeera, onions fry them until brown.
- Now add boiled beans and fry them
- Add tamarind Juice, jaggery and masala paste, and mix it
- Let it boil for 5 min
- Serve Gravy with Jolad rotti or chapathi
