Method
For Green Chutney

Method
- Frist pressure cook green peas toor dal, potato, and carrot for 4-5 whistle
- In a Jar add 1 small cup of Pressure cooked peas carrot other ingredients for grinding and grind to a smooth paste
- Add this paste to cooked peas and add Gram masala, jeera powder, Balck salt, red chili powder and bring to boil, adjust salt if you want
- Now in a Jar Add ingredients for mint chutney and make fine paste keep aside
- Now, Take Plate Crush the puris and arrange them, pour the gravy, sprinkle green and sweet chutney, sprinkle grated carrot, onion and sev. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Note
You can use same masala, add into puris and add some chopped onions, carrot, chat masala sev and lime and convert into pani puri
Take 2tbsp of mint chutney add cold water salt, balck salt lime and sweet chuenty to it your pani is ready 😋
