Sabbaki/Sabudana Sandige

Ingredients:

1/2KG sabakki or sabudana

2 cups water

2 - 4 green chili (adjust as per your spice level)

Oil to deep fry

Onion 2 small


Method of making sabakki sandige:

1.Soak sabakki or sabudana for 2-3Hours.

2.Drain the water and transfer it into cooking vessel Add in 2 cups of water. 


3.Add Onions, Green chilles, Asfetoda in small Jar make paste


4.Add jeera and this paste to sabbaki mix and add salt bring it to boil


5.Cook sabbaki until it become thick, dosa batter consistency

6.Wait until warm. Then take a cotton cloth or plastic sheet and put the sandige using a spoon. Keep it out under sunlight for drying.
I dried for 2 days 



7.Later deep fry in oil and enjoy with your meal
