I had tasted this special dose in a small famous hotel in Gandhi Bazar
Namma SNL is famous for this Sabbaki Dose
Just tried the same thing at home came out really good
Ingredients
Dosa Batter
Sabbaki (Dil Leaves)
Green Chilies
Oil/ ghee
Onion Paste
Method
Mix finely chopped Sabbaki. Green chilies and onion paste in dosa batter
Make dose in seasoned cast iron tawa
Sprinkle oil/ghee on dose
Cook both the side
PS: Onion paste makes dose crisper
