Palak Rice or Spinach Rice

Ingredients

Spinach / Palak 1 cup
Mint 1/2 cup
Green chili 4
Salt
Jeera
Onion 2
Ghee
Bay leaf 1
Clove 2
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Cooked rice 2 cups

Method

Chop spinach and slice 1 onion and keep aside
Take a 2 cups of water add salt and lil oil bring to boil 
Add chopped spinach and boil it for min and switch off the stove
Drain water from spinach, in a jar add Spinach, green, jeera, half onion mint leaves and make paste, don't add water
Now take a pan heat ghee, add bay leaf, jeera, clove and onions fry till golden brown
Now add spinach paste fry till raw smell goes
Add salt and sugar fry
At last add cooked rice and give a gentle mix
Close the lid for min and switch off the stove
Serve hot with raita
