Mint Savige/Samiya Pulav


Ingredients

Savige/Samiya 1 CUP
Mint leaves 1 cup
Coriander leaves1 cup
Green Chiles 4
Slat 
Sugar
Onion 2
Jeera 2 tsp
Ghee 3 tsp
Carrot 1/2 cup
Beans 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Lemon 1
Method

Roast savige till Golden borwn, keep aside

In the same add oil, mint leaves, coriander, lil jeera Chilles and 1/2 onion and fry 
Take this in mixer jar make smooth n, add jeera, chopped onions, beans, carrot, capsicum and fry for a min
Now, add mint paste add salt and sugar, fry till raw smell goes 
Add 2 cups water and bring to boil
Now add roasted savige and cook in low famle for 5 min, keep it closed
At the end squeeze 1/2 lemon and
Serve hot 🔥
