Kobbari Metai / Coconut Burfi

Ingredients

Fresh Coconut 2 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Ghee 1 tsp
Milk powder 2 tsp

Method

Take 2 cups of fresh greated coconut, mix it with sugar and milk. Soak it for 1 hour
Now take thick bottom pan add the coconut mixture 
Keep stirring in low flame until mixture leaves the pan (it usually take 15 min) 
Now add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and 2 spoons ghee
Transfer this mixture to greesed tray and cut into shape of your choice
