Kashaya Pudi

2 cup coriander seeds

1/4 cup cumin seeds/jeera

1/4 cup black pepper

2 1 inch piece dried ginger

1/4 cup fennel seeds

2 1 inch turmeric root dried

10 cloves/lavanga

2 cardamoms

Dry roast all the above ingredients and make it fine powder 

To make Kasyaya
Take 2 cups water add 2 tsp kashaya pudi bring it to boil for 3-4 min and add jaggery at last add milk and boil it for min and serve hot
