Ingredients
Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup
Ladies Finger chopped 1 Cup
Mustard 1tsp
Fried gram 1 tsp
Green chilis 4
Jaggery 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander
Ginger 1/2 inch
Oil
Method
Cut finger and fry till crisp and keep it aside
In a mixer Jar add coconut, mustard, green chills, ginger, fried gram and coriander and make a paste
Take a pan add oil, once hot add mustard red chilis, curry leaves Asfetoda
Then add grounded mix and bring it boil
Once it's start boiling add tamarind juice, salt and jaggery
Now add ladies finger give a stir
Let it set for min in masala
Switch off the flame and serve with Hot akki Rotti and Ghee
